Don Britton
Senior Pastor
Pastor Don Britton has been in ministry for over 50 years. He has held positions as a Youth Pastor, Marriage Pastor, Event Speaker, Men’s ministry Pastor, Evangelist, Bible Teacher/Small Group Leader, Senior Associate Pastor and interim Senior Pastor. Don is currently the Lead Pastor of Grace Community Church. Don has serviced as an Operations Manager at Pride Industries, a christen based 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise, with a mission to create jobs for people with disabilities.
Don is a military veteran and a retired Peace Officer. He retired from the California Department of Corrections at the rank of Lieutenant. He also served as a Peer Support Chaplin at the California Health Facility in Stockton, California.
Don has been married to his wife, Venetia, for over forty-three years and they have two adult children, Ashlee and Spenser, and five grandchildren.

Rich Phifer has been married to his wife, Kathleen, for 44 Years. They have one adult child, Dr. Nicole Grady, and 3 Grandchildren. Rich was a National Account Manager at an Automotive Parts Importer for 50 Years specializing in Porsche Parts. He also named his 5 year old Dachshund Dr. Porsche. He served 6 years in the National Guard. He drives Toyota cars and trucks and has had 13 new ones in the last 50 years.
He has been active in The Men's Ministry Cooking Various meals and active in the lifegroup.

Robert "Robbie" Bircher

Robbie has been attending Grace Community Church since 2018. He has been married to Joy since 2010, and they have two children. He is a mechanic by trade, but he enjoys camping, fishing, off-roading, and dirtbikes.
Robbie and Joy host the Young Adult Bible study in their home and enjoys serving at Grace in any way possible.

Brian Tyler

Brian has been working as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2007, the first three years was in a Skilled Nursing Facility and then in an Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic since December of 2010. He also holds multiple certifications and credentials in Physical Therapy through continuing education courses. He has a passion for his work and helping the patients he treats recover from their injuries, surgeries, and ailments.
Brian has been married to his wife, Joenah, whom he loves with all his heart, since July of 2022 and he has been attending this church since it’s inception. Over the years, he has volunteered in many of the ministries Grace Community Church has due to his passion to serve.
He currently in volunteering in the Media Ministry for Slides, the Announcements Ministry, placing church signs out in the community on Sundays, and is currently a member of the Grace Community Church Board.
