DON BRITTON
SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor Don Britton has been in ministry for over 50 years. He has held positions as a Youth Pastor, Marriage Pastor, Event Speaker, Men’s ministry Pastor, Evangelist, Bible Teacher/Small Group Leader, Senior Associate Pastor and interim Senior Pastor. For the past four years Don has serviced as an Operations Manager at Pride Industries, a Christian based 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise, with a mission to create jobs for people with disabilities.

Don has been married to his wife, Venetia, for over forty-three years and they have two adult children, Ashlee and Spenser, and five grandchildren.

Don is also a military veteran and a retired Peace Officer. He retired from the California Department of Corrections at the rank of Lieutenant. He also served as a Peer Support Chaplin at the California Health Facility in Stockton, California.​

Ken hurst
Men's ministry leader

Ken is a retired educator enjoying life without a job! He and Maggie have been married since 1991, and they have three children and five grandchildren. God has a unique way of leading and by pure serendipity Maggie was invited to come visit Grace. They were simply blown away by the friendly welcome, sincere openness, and Bible-centered ministry displayed by Pastor Don and the members of Grace.

His vision for the men’s ministry at Grace is to continue the work of prior leaders in facilitating a group of Christian leaders who encourage, support and serve each other, Grace, and the community.

Ken’s two passions are music and running, both inherited from his family. Currently, Ken enjoys writing songs and recently formed Songwriters For Christ with Caleb Van Wetter and Isaac Melara to produce worship music.
