Pastor Paul talks about presentation and perception. We are perfect just the way we are and as Christians we must show the world that God loves us as we are. We don't need to be perfect to come to Him. We must let love fuel our honesty and transparency. God doesn't make mistakes. 
James 1:26 (ESV)
If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless.

I Samuel 16:7 (ESV) But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” Show them that what they believe religion to be IS worthless, but the relationship with the body of Christ and God is what fuels your love and passion for people!
